National Institute of Standards and Technology Campus Security Act (Sec. 2) This bill requires the Department of Commerce Office of Security to manage the law enforcement and security programs of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) directly through an assigned Director of Security. This bill shall be carried out without increasing the number of full time equivalent employees of Commerce, including the NIST. The Director of Security shall make periodic activities and security reports to the Under Secretary for Standards and Technology and to Congress.
