Kirk, Mark Steven [R-IL] IL R K000360 0 Combating Fraudulent Child Transfers Act - Amends federal criminal law to make it unlawful for a person to obtain custody of an unaccompanied alien child if the person: (1) makes any materially false or fraudulent statement, or knowingly makes or uses any false writing or document; and (2) intends to subject the child to an offense relating to peonage, slavery, or trafficking in persons. Subjects any person who violates or attempts or conspires to violate such provision to a fine and imprisonment of up to 15 years. 2023-01-11T13:25:42Z
