[D-CA-17] CA D H001034 5 Voices of Human Trafficking Act of 2014 - Establishes the United States Advisory Council on Human Trafficking, which shall provide advice and recommendations to the Senior Policy Operating Group and the President's Task Force to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons. Directs the Council to: (1) meet at least annually or at the request of the Group to review federal, state, and local government policy and programs intended to combat human trafficking, (2) formulate assessments and recommendations to ensure that U.S. policy and programming efforts conform to best practices in the field of human trafficking prevention, (3) meet with the Group at least annually to formally present the Council's findings and recommendations, and (4) submit annual reports to the Task Force. Sunsets this Act on September 30, 2020. 2023-01-11T13:25:33Z
