Requires the Secretary to: (1) purchase the equipment necessary to conduct the pilot program, (2) make information about the equipment available to domestic ports as part of the application process, and (3) permit such equipment to remain with the selected ports upon completion of the program. | 2023-01-11T13:25:37Z |
