McCaskill, Claire [D-MO] MO D M001170 1 Stop Wasteful Federal Bonuses and Conferences Act of 2012 - Prohibits a federal agency from awarding a bonus to any employee for two years after the end of a fiscal year in which the Inspector General of the agency or the Comptroller General (GAO) makes a finding that conduct of the employee resulted in fraud, waste, abuse, or a violation of contracting requirements (adverse finding).  Requires repayment of a bonus awarded in any year in which an adverse finding is made.
