Authorizes Utah and the Corporation to enter into an agreement that extends the deadline for such transfer. Transfers from Utah to the Corporation the payment of specified royalties to promote the educational, health, economic, social, and cultural well-being of all Navajo Indians residing in San Juan County, Utah. 2023-01-11T13:22:39Z
