Imposes the same prohibition on the use of appropriated funds for payment of salaries or expenses of federal grant or contract recipients who are attempting to influence legislation and regulatory actions. Extends such prohibitions to any activity to advocate or promote tax increases, restrictions on legal consumer products, or gun control. 2019-11-15T21:09:02Z
