Directs the National Marine Fisheries Service to conduct: (1) a survey and stock assessment, a cooperative research program, and analyses of genetic samples to determine the stock structure of Atlantic sturgeon distinct population segments along the U.S. Atlantic Coast, report the results to Congress, and use such results to inform Atlantic sturgeon biological opinion, measures, and alternatives; and (2) an analysis of striped bass feeding habits in the New York Bight and report the results to Congress and the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission. 2022-03-02T05:20:15Z
