Gives each political subdivision 120 days after the Tribal-State Compact is approved by the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) and the National Indian Gaming Commission or the site of the gaming facility is identified, whichever comes later, to object to the facility. 2019-11-15T21:24:21Z
