Authorizes the state of Alabama to use the Rotunda of the Capitol on October 7, 2009, for a presentation ceremony. Directs the Architect of the Capitol to provide for the display of the statue in the Rotunda for a period of up to six months, after which the statue shall be displayed in the Capitol. 2023-01-11T13:17:22Z
