Requires the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to require a fire department or organization that applies for such a grant to comply with standards applicable to recipients of financial contributions for emergency preparedness purposes under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act. Authorizes appropriations for FY2011-FY2014 and requires up to a specified amount to be available to modify, repair, construct, and reconstruct fire stations, fire training facilities, and other facilities. 2023-01-11T13:21:14Z
