Requires the National Coordinator to implement and coordinate a national strategy to eliminate the occurrence of obesity in the United States.Requires the Secretary of Health and Human Services to convene a take force on obesity to: (1) establish and implement a government-wide strategy for preventing and reducing obesity; and (2) coordinate effective interagency actions and priority for action among federal agencies.Allows the Secretary to establish the Advisory Committee on Obesity to provide recommendations to the task force for purposes of establishing such a strategy.Directs the head of each federal agency to: (1) conduct a review to determine how agency programs and budgets impact physical activity, nutrition, and obesity in the United States; and (2) determine ways in which the agency should adopt aspects of the strategy established under this Act.
