Requires: (1) the Tribe to pay fair market value for the land; and (2) all costs and administrative expenses associated with the transfer of administrative jurisdiction of the land and the taking of it into trust, including any environmental remediation costs, to be paid by the Tribe. 2023-01-11T20:30:28Z
