The summary of that version is repeated here.)Amends the federal criminal code to make it unlawful for any person to engage in an activity within 60 minutes before and after, and within a specified distance of, a funeral of a member or former member of the Armed Forces at a cemetery other than a national cemetery that intentionally disburbs or tends to disturb the peace or good order of such funeral or impedes access to such funeral.
