Waives a specified requirement of Rule XIII (Calendars and Committee Reports) to allow consideration of the following measures on the same day they are presented to the House: (1) a conference report to accompany H.R. 2830 (Pension Protection Act of 2005); and (2) a bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code to increase the unified credit against the estate tax to an exclusion equivalent of $5 million, repeal the sunset provision for the estate and generation-skipping taxes, and extend expiring provisions. 2023-01-12T17:52:30Z
