Miscellaneous Trade and Technical Corrections Act of 2006 - Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to repeal certain expired provisions reducing temporarily the rate of duty on specified chemicals. Provides, through December 31, 2009, for new duty suspensions and reductions and existing duty suspensions and reductions. Amends the Tariff Act of 1930 to provide for certain reliquidations.
