Directs the President to promulgate regulations necessary to enforce this prohibition, including requiring any person to furnish information necessary to enforce it. Subjects any person who violates this prohibition to certain civil and criminal penalties prescribed by the International Emergency Economic Powers Act. 2023-01-13T04:49:08Z
