Amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to nullify the force or effect of any portion of a specified final rule promulgated on April 23, 2004, that exempts any employee from overtime pay provisions who would not otherwise be exempt if regulations in effect on March 31, 2003, remained in effect. Provides for the following to remain in effect: (1) that portion of the regulations in effect on March 31, 2003, that would prevent such an employee from being exempt; and (2) the increased salary level eligibility for overtime pay in the final rule promulgated on April 23, 2004. 2023-01-14T22:48:34Z
