Commodity Assessment, Protection, and Reform Act - Amends the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 to authorize the Secretary of Agriculture to collect commodity assessments from the proceeds of a marketing assistance loan made in accordance with an agreement between the Secretary and a State. Defines "assessment " as funds that are: (1) collected with respect to a specific commodity; (2) paid by the first purchaser of the commodity; and (3) not collected through a tax or other revenue collection activity of a State. 2023-01-14T22:48:31Z
