Directs the Secretaries to jointly submit annual reports to Congress on the implementation and efficacy of wildland firefighter safety and training programs and activities. Requires the Secretaries to: (1) ensure that any Federal contract or agreement with a private entity for wildland firefighting services requires the entity to provide firefighter training consistent with standards established by the National Wildfire Coordinating Group; and (2) develop a program to monitor and enforce compliance with such requirement. | 2023-01-15T04:49:06Z |
