Calls upon the Government of Ireland to: (1) recognize that this matter does not pertain to the custodial rights of Dylan's maternal grandparents, a matter already decided by the courts, and instead relates to a violation of U.S. law and the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction; and (2) secure the prompt return of Dylan to the United States. 2023-01-14T22:48:38Z
