Requires the Chief Privacy Officer to assist the agency Chief Information Officer in matters relating to the use, collection, and disclosure of personally identifiable information. Repeals the mandate that each Federal agency establish privacy and data protection policy procedures. 2023-01-14T22:48:29Z
