Deal, Nathan [R-GA-10] GA R D000168 7 National Fishery Mitigation Coordination Act - Directs a sponsor agency (the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Bureau of Reclamation, or the Tennessee Valley Authority) to enter into an agreement with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to pay the mitigation fishery cost that specified mitigation fishery facilities located in the United States and owned and operated by the Service incur in conducting mitigation activities. Defines mitigation fishery cost as the expenditures necessary to operate, maintain, and rehabilitate facilities to conduct mitigation fishery activities, including the rearing and stocking of native and nonnative fish to replace or maintain harvest levels lost as a result of Federal water resource development projects. 2023-01-15T04:49:01Z
