[R-CA-11] CA R P000419 0 Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to prepare a feasibility study, entitled the Mokelumne River Regional Water Storage and Conjunctive Use Project Study, for a project to provide additional water supply and improve water management flexibility through the development of new water storage and conjunctive use programs. Directs the Secretary: (1) in developing the Study, to use reports and any other relevant information supplied by the Mokelumne River Water and Power Authority, the East Bay Municipal Utility District, and other stakeholders; (2) to complete the Study and provide copies to specified congressional committees within two years of this Act's enactment; and (3) to accept in-kind contributions of goods or services from the Authority as will contribute to the conduct and completion of the Study. Limits the Federal share of Study costs to 50 percent of the total cost. Authorizes appropriations. 2023-01-15T10:32:57Z
