Quinn, Jack [R-NY-27] NY R Q000016 2 Amends the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000 to include within its Special Exposure Cohort certain employees engaged in the nuclear weapons program at the Bethlehem Steel plant in Lackawanna, New York, who were directly exposed to material (including residual material) that emitted radiation beginning January 1, 1949, and ending on the date (to be determined by the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) of the Department of Health and Human Services) by which all such residual material was removed. 2023-01-15T09:17:38Z
