Makes appropriations for FY 2003 for such grants.Amends SSA: (1) title XI to reauthorize and extend at the current levels and under the same conditions associated matching grants for the territories and child welfare demonstration authority; (2) title V (Maternal and Child Health Services) for the same with respect to continuance of abstinence education funding; and (3) title XIX (Medicaid) for the same with respect to continuance of transitional medical assistance. | 2023-01-15T16:18:33Z |
