Repeals the oxygen content requirement for reformulated gasoline. Requires the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to promulate regulations which continue required toxic air pollutant emissions reductions from reformulated gasoline. Authorizes appropriations from the Leaking Underground Storage Tank Trust Fund. 2023-01-15T15:33:25Z
