Enacts into law provisions of the following bills as passed by the House of Representatives: (1) the Agricultural, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2004; (2) the Departments of Commerce, Justice, and State, the Judiciary, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2004; (3) the District of Columbia Appropriations Act, 2004; (4) the Foreign Operations, Export Financing, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2004; (5) the Transportation, Treasury, and Independent Agencies Appropriations Act, 2004; and (6) the Departments of Veterans Affairs and Housing and Urban Development, and Independent Agencies Appropriations Act, 2004. | 2023-01-15T07:17:55Z |
