Urges: (1) the President and the Secretaries of State and Defense to intensify their efforts to urge the Indonesian Government and military to disarm and disband anti-independence militias and grant full access to East Timor by international human rights monitors, humanitarian organizations, and the press; and (2) the President to report to the Congress on steps taken by the Indonesian Government and military to ensure a stable and secure environment in East Timor. 2025-01-14T19:00:46Z
