Requires each such check to be conducted pursuant to the National Crime Prevention and Privacy Compact.Directs the Attorney General to provide guidance to authorized agencies and qualified entities in making provider fitness determinations based upon criminal history information.Provides criminal penalties for the unauthorized request or use of such information by a qualified entity. 2025-08-20T14:16:54Z
