Requires such dealer to: (1) notify the Secretary regarding whether a manufacturer complies with such requirements; and (2) transfer the sealed container to the Secretary when the handgun is sold or transferred.Directs the Secretary to establish and maintain a computer database of all information identifying each projectile, shell casing, and other information included in a transferred sealed container. | 2025-08-20T14:19:45Z |
