[R-DE] DE R R000460 0 21st Century Fire and Emergency Services Act of 2000 - Establishes within the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) the Burn Services Grant Program. Authorizes the Director of FEMA to make Program grants to: (1) experienced safety organizations to conduct or augment burn safety programs; (2) hospitals that serve as regional burn centers to conduct acute burn care research; and (3) governmental or nongovernmental entities to provide after-burn treatment and counseling to burn victims.Requires the Director to establish within FEMA a Fire Services Grant Program to award grants to volunteer, paid, and combined volunteer-paid departments that provide fire and emergency medical services.Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to use the funds, facilities, and authorities of the Commodity Credit Corporation to carry out certain cooperative forestry assistance with respect to rural fire prevention and control. 2025-08-20T14:20:36Z
