Limits the Federal share to 25 percent of the total cost of the Project. Prohibits the use of funds provided by the Secretary for operation and maintenance of the Project. Provides that the design, planning, and construction of the Project shall be in accordance with, and subject to the limitations contained in, the Reclamation Wastewater and Groundwater Study and Facilities Act. 2026-03-24T12:48:03Z
