Knollenberg, Joe [R-MI-11] MI R K000288 0 Amends the United States Enrichment Corporation Privatization Act to repeal: (1) the deadline by which the Secretary of Energy must sell and receive payment for uranium hexaflouride transferred by the United States Executive Agent under the Agreement between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of the Russian Federation Concerning the Disposition of Highly Enriched Uranium Extracted from Nuclear Weapons, dated February 18, 1993 (Russian HEU Agreement); and (2) the mandate that such uranium be sold at any time for the purpose of overfeeding.Extends the deadline for such uranium to be sold for consumption by end users. 2025-01-15T18:51:50Z
