Requires such Secretary to maintain such custody, and authorizes such Secretary to provide for the display of such decoration in any museum or exhibition, including State and military museums.Authorizes the Secretary of Defense to provide an exemption in the case of a State which has in effect: (1) a requirement that an appropriate State official maintain beneficial ownership of such property; and (2) a prohibition on the sale of such decoration.Allows persons claiming an interest in such a decoration to file a claim with the Secretary concerned.Excludes such decorations from estates for purposes of the bankruptcy laws. | 2025-08-20T14:20:07Z |
