Clay, Jr. [R-FL-22] FL R S000303 5 Social Security Administration Preparedness Act of 2000 - Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act (SSA) to: (1) increase the earmarks out of the OASDI trust funds for FY 2001 and 2002 for continuing disability reviews; (2) add requirements concerning program performance reports of the Commissioner of Social Security pursuant to applicable Federal money and finance law provisions; and (3) direct the Commissioner to establish and to maintain an advance, proven technology system sufficient to meet the increasing future demands of the programs administered by the Social Security Administration.Amends the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 and the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 to prescribe additional limits for adjustments to discretionary spending limits for FY 2201 and 2002 Social Security administrative expenses.Amends SSA title VII (Administration) to make Social Security administrative expenses off-budget. 2025-08-20T14:16:51Z
