(Current law only provides coverage for such drugs for certain time periods after the transplant procedure.)Applies certain secondary payer requirements with respect to individuals with end stage renal disease without regard to any time limitations in the case of immunosuppressive drugs furnished after this Act's enactment. 2025-08-20T14:18:17Z
