Excludes the transfer of certain property and facilities used to intercept, treat, and control hazardous substances or for purposes related to required response actions. Requires the Secretary to continue to carry out to completion cleanup and closure at Rocky Flats.Directs the Secretary of the Interior to establish the Rocky Flats National Wildlife Refuge.Authorizes the Secretary to establish a Rocky Flats Museum. 2025-08-20T14:20:18Z
