Moore, Dennis [D-KS-3] KS D M001140 4 Amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to include paramedics, emergency medical technicians, and rescue and ambulance service personnel, for purposes of a limited overtime exemption, as employees in fire protection activities.Provides that this Act shall not be construed to reduce or substitute for compensation standards: (1) in any existing or future collective bargaining agreement or memorandum of understanding, reached by employee representatives in accordance with State or local laws; and (2) which result in greater compensation for employees than that available under such overtime exemption. 2026-03-23T12:47:58Z
