Lists position functions, including: (1) assisting and advising with respect to the investigation of possible restraints of trade and the investigation of mergers and acquisitions; and (2) ensuring that any such investigation takes into account the effects on consumers, agricultural producers and rural communities. 2025-01-02T17:13:06Z
