Grassley, Chuck [R-IA] IA R G000386 0 Amends the Federal judicial code to require all U.S. district courts to authorize the use of arbitration in civil actions. (Currently, the use of arbitration is limited to certain judicial districts.) Permits district courts to require actions in which the maximum amount of money damages sought is $150,000 (currently, $100,000) to be referred to arbitration. 2025-07-21T19:32:26Z
