Mandates appointment of an Assistant Secretary of Energy for Energy Technology whose duties shall include: (1) preparation and transmittal to the Congress of a strategic plan and policy agenda for the OET, as well as a multiyear OET program plan for FY 1999 through 2003 (including a comprehensive strategy for increasing the use of resources available in field offices); and (2) direction and supervision of the OET. 2025-04-07T15:34:08Z
