[R-MT] MT R B001126 1 Provides that any political subdivision of the State of Montana which accepts the terms and conditions for a license for the Flint Creek hydroelectric project in Granite and Deer Lodge Counties shall not be required to pay, for the five-year period following its acceptance of the license, annual charges for the use of Federal lands lying within the boundaries of the project. Requires such subdivision to pay an annual Federal charge of no more than $20,000 per year after the five-year period for the use of those lands as long as it holds such license. 2026-03-24T12:48:03Z
