Requires approval of a majority of the Commission before the Commission may submit a report or issue a subpoena. Mandates an annual Commission review and vote regarding the staff director's performance, with the director removed if less than a majority vote for retention. Declares the director a noncareer appointee. Authorizes appropriations to carry out the Act. Extends the Commission's termination date. 2025-08-21T20:15:43Z
