Amends the Federal judicial code to provide for the appointment of U.S. marshals for each judicial district of the United States and for the Superior Court of the District of Columbia: (1) by the Attorney General (currently, the President); and (2) from positions in the competitive service in the U.S. Marshals Service. 2025-08-21T20:15:38Z
