[D-NJ-10] NJ D P000149 22 Calls for: (1) condemnation of the perpetrators of genocide and other crimes against humanity and violations of fundamental human rights in Rwanda; (2) the international community and the United States to provide the resources to avoid unnecessary and damaging delay in the justice process; (3) prosecution of those individuals who have been indicted by the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda; (4) coordination between the Tribunal and the Rwandan national justice system; (5) all countries to ensure that individuals indicted by the Tribunal who are in such countries be apprehended and turned over to the Tribunal for prosecution; and (6) the President to instruct the U.S. representative to the United Nations to vote in the United Nations Security Council to ensure that such indicted individuals are apprehended and prosecuted. 2025-01-02T17:33:25Z
