Sets forth the following requirements for inadvertent discoveries: (1) the appropriate Indian tribe or native Hawaiian organization be notified, with respect to tribal lands; and (2) any person or entity that disposes of or controls any such cultural item adhere to the applicable requirements for intentional excavation and removal. 2024-02-07T13:32:55Z
