Authorizes a person who has a valid permit to carry a concealed firearm in one State and who is not prohibited from carrying a firearm under Federal law to carry a concealed firearm (that has been transported in interstate commerce) in another State in accordance with the restrictions of that State (if any) or as specified under this Act. Exempts qualified current and former law enforcement officers from State laws prohibiting the carrying of concealed handguns. 2025-04-07T15:30:22Z
