[R-IL-15] IL R E000282 21 Amends Federal transportation law to exempt operators of motor vehicles from testing for the use of alcohol or a controlled substance if the vehicle is: (1) owned by an owner or operator of a farm and is used solely to provide, within a 150 air mile radius of the farm, not-for-hire transportation of agricultural commodities and farm supplies to and from the farm; or (2) being used to provide not-for-hire transportation of property for a local government that has jurisdiction over an area with a population of less than 7,500. 2025-01-02T17:37:57Z
