Pallone, Frank, Jr. [D-NJ-6] NJ D P000034 1 Amends the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 to specify that the goal of the program to assess the effectiveness of selected technologies in rendering sediments acceptable for unrestricted ocean disposal or beneficial reuse, or both, shall be to make possible the development, on an operational scale, of one or more sediment decontamination technologies, each of which demonstrates a sediment decontamination capacity of at least 5,000 cubic yards per day. Sets forth reporting requirements regarding progress toward meeting that goal. Increases and extends the authorization of appropriations. 2025-01-02T17:37:57Z
